Booking conditions & interesting facts
Here we inform you about interesting facts about your booking at Gradonna ****s Mountain Resort.
Worth knowing
- The rooms and suites as well as the chalets are available from 3.00 pm at the earliest on the day of arrival (more information in the Resort A - Z).
- The reservation is binding if we have received a deposit of 10% of the total amount immediately after receipt of the written reservation confirmation. (You will then receive a written confirmation and a binding reservation confirmation).
- A further 50% of the total amount is due on arrival (by advance or real-time bank transfer, credit card or cash). The final invoice is due on departure (real-time bank transfer, credit card or cash).
- We accept the following payment methods:

EC card
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, V-Pay
Real-time bank transfer - We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can also book this directly through us when making your reservation.
- The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions and Austrian law apply.
Cancellation conditions
Nobody wishes it, and yet cancellations can happen. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. You have the option of booking insurance through us when you make your reservation, or you can ask your insurance company for advice.
WINTER 2024/2025
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and are subject to Austrian law.
A - Early / late season (06.12.24-20.12.24, 06.01.25-31.01.25, 15.03.25-20.04.25)
- up to 28 days before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs
- 28 to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in case of no-show we charge 80% of the booked stay
B - High season (01.02.25-14.03.25)
- until 30.11.2024 there are no cancellation costs
- from 01.12.2024 up to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in case of no-show we charge 80% of the booked stay
C - Christmas / New Year's Eve (21.12.24-05.01.25)
- until 31.10.2024 there are no cancellation costs
- from 01.11.2024 up to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in case of no-show we charge 80% of the booked stay
SUMMER 2025
